• •Join our Financial Incentives team as a Product Designer to work on user-facing experiences and internal tools for our claims and payments engine.
• •Key Responsibilities Own design projects end-to-end Design internal tools and user-facing features Lead and participate in user research efforts Translate complex workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences Partner closely with Product and Engineering Requirements 2-3+ years of experience designing digital products Strong product thinking and systems-level problem-solving skills Experience with end-to-end design A clean and modern aesthetic sensibility Comfort working with component libraries, design systems, and prototyping tools
