TL;DR
Own a product area end to end, from identifying the opportunity to shipping, iterating, and being accountable for what happens in market.
- •We're hiring Senior, Staff and Principal Product Managers with 5+ years of PM experience with a track record of shipping products they're proud of.
- •You'll own discovery, prioritization, and delivery on a high-leverage area of Monarch's product.
- •Key Responsibilities Own a product area end to end, from identifying the opportunity to shipping, iterating, and being accountable for what happens in market Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear priorities, explicit tradeoffs, and a sequenced path forward that the team can move on Widen the team's thinking beyond the immediate ask.
- •You don't just solve what's in front of you; you design for what comes next Hold a high bar for craft.
