Senior Analytics Engineer

• •As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will transform raw data into reliable, well-modeled datasets and deliver actionable insights that support leadership and operational decision-making across the organization.
• •Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable data models using dbt within a Redshift environment.
• •Write complex, high-performance SQL queries to transform, analyze, and validate large datasets.
• •Own and optimize the Tableau reporting layer, including dashboard development, data source management, and performance tuning.
• •Requirements Two to five (2-5) years in roles such as Senior Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or similar data-focused roles, preferably within healthcare and/or venture-backed startup environments.
• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field. 2-5+ years of advanced SQL experience required.
