  • DeepL is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of their Salesforce platform.
  • This hands-on role focuses on maintaining platform health, ensuring data quality, and providing first-line support to internal users.
  • Key Responsibilities Triage and resolve Salesforce requests via Jira and Slack, including field and layout changes.
  • Manage user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets for onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain data integrity across core objects and perform regular deduplication and clean-up.
  • Act as first-line support for troubleshooting and user inquiries.
  • Requirements 1-2 years of professional experience working with Salesforce.
  • Solid understanding of core Salesforce objects including Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities.
  • Experience with basic configuration such as page layouts, picklists, and validation rules.
