Owns compensation design and M&A GTM integration for revenue operations.
- •Cohere is seeking a RevOps Compensation & GTM Integration professional to own and evolve compensation design/strategy and lead post-close M&A integration for Go-to-Market (GTM) functions.
- •This role is crucial for ensuring revenue-facing teams are effectively compensated and newly acquired teams are seamlessly integrated into Cohere's GTM operating model.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and administer GTM variable compensation plans, including accelerators and SPIFs.
- •Model compensation scenarios to assess costs, attainment distributions, and behavioral incentives.
- •Serve as the RevOps lead for post-close GTM integration, developing an integration playbook.
- •Partner with finance and GTM leadership to model headcount unlock criteria for growth.
- •Track integration milestones and identify risks for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- •Requirements 5-8 years in RevOps, sales operations, or sales finance in a B2B environment.
- •Hands-on experience designing and administering variable compensation plans.
- •Experience supporting or leading GTM workstreams in M&A integrations.
