  • Senior Enterprise Account Executive responsible for driving significant sales growth in China by owning strategic accounts, executing account plans, and negotiating enterprise agreements.
  • Key Responsibilities Own targeted strategic accounts and develop comprehensive account plans.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline through outreach and SDR collaboration.
  • Navigate enterprise organizations to build executive champions and close deals.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Requirements Native Chinese and full professional proficiency in English (C1/C2). 4+ years B2B sales experience, with 2+ years in Enterprise Sales.
  • Proven track record in greenfield territory development and net-new logos.
  • Strong relationship-building with senior and C-level stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in fast-paced startup environments.
