Senior Product Designer

Own end-to-end product design for web and mobile experiences.

• •fal seeks a versatile Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end product design across web and true mobile experiences, move quickly, and maintain a consistent UI and design system.
• •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end feature design: problem framing, flows, UI, handoff, QA, iteration.
• •Design for web and dedicated mobile screens with mobile patterns and navigation.
• •Build and maintain the design system (components, tokens, docs) and drive engineering adoption.
• •Prototype rapidly using Figma and code/AI-assisted prototyping tools; run scrappy user research/testing.
• •Requirements Strong product UI/visual craft with a portfolio of shipped work.
• •Experience designing both web and true mobile product experiences.
• •Solid design systems experience and cross-functional communication skills.
• •Ability to own features end-to-end in a high-velocity startup and iterate post-launch.
