• •Key Responsibilities Execute internal and executive communications programs: help align messaging with the company's vision, mission, and product positioning.
• •Write and produce employee communications, including announcements, newsletters, executive messages, town halls, all-hands, and kick-off events.
• •Manage and continuously optimize the internal communications strategy, including ownership of the editorial calendar.
• •Requirements Experience: 8+ years in internal or corporate communications, ideally at a fast-growing tech company.
• •Executive communications: You can write and tailor content for specific audiences with a deep understanding of messaging, positioning, and stakeholder needs.
• •AI fluency: You're a sophisticated user of AI tools and bring them into your everyday workflow to scale your impact and uplevel communications.
