• •Key Responsibilities Own AFC operational performance reporting (KPIs, SLAs, KRIs).
• •Deliver monthly performance packs and executive insights.
• •Support MBRs, committees, and leadership reviews with data analysis.
• •Drive process optimization and harmonisation across AFC Operations.
• •Support forecasting, headcount planning, and capacity modelling.
• •Requirements 3+ years experience in consulting, operations excellence, strategy & operations, or banking operations.
• •Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• •Experience with KPI reporting, performance management, or process improvement.
