About the role
Lead and optimize Creative & Brand team operations.
- •Lead and optimize Creative & Brand team operations to increase throughput and quality by designing AI-native workflows, resource planning, and tooling.
- •Key Responsibilities Own workflow management, capacity planning, resourcing, and roadmap for Creative & Brand.
- •Design and implement AI-native operating systems, automations, and internal tools.
- •Manage budgets, vendor/agency relationships, and contract performance.
- •Partner cross-functionally with Product, Performance Marketing, and Partnerships.
- •Requirements 10+ years in creative operations, program/project management, with director-level experience.
- •Proven experience building creative operations systems and PM tools (ClickUp, Notion, Slack).
- •Experience managing creative budgets, vendors, and agency relationships.
- •Strong communication, stakeholder partnership, and data-driven decision making.
