• •Shape how IT leaders, transformation teams, and enterprise practitioners experience multi-agent AI.
• •Design interfaces for a category that barely exists yet.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead the full design lifecycle for AI-driven, data-heavy enterprise workflows.
• •Translate user needs into intuitive, trustworthy interfaces for complex multi-system processes.
• •Design for governance and trust: surface what agents are doing, why they're doing it, and how a human can review, intervene, or override.
• •Run qualitative and quantitative research with enterprise users and iterate based on what you learn.
• •Partner closely with product managers and engineers to align on vision, ensure technical feasibility, and ship at quality.
• •Requirements 5+ years of proven experience in product design, building enterprise products, developer tools.
• •A strong portfolio of complex, shipped products—ideally B2B SaaS, enterprise tooling, or developer tools.
• •Demonstrated strengths across interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and user research.
