About the role

Lead and manage a team of BDRs, focusing on coaching and performance management.

  • We are seeking a frontline BDR Manager to lead a team of 7-9 BDRs, focusing on coaching, performance management, and driving top-of-funnel pipeline generation.
  • This player-coach role offers significant input on hiring, compensation, and tooling.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage and coach 7-9 BDRs through regular 1:1s, call reviews, and pipeline reviews.
  • Own ramp and performance management for new and existing BDRs.
  • Drive the AE+BDR pod motion, including joint account work and creative outbound strategies.
  • Partner with the Head of Sales Development on team strategy, hiring, and quota planning.
  • Collaborate with AEs, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to ensure team success.
  • Requirements Prior experience as a BDR or SDR, followed by leadership experience as a manager, team lead, or player-coach.
  • Proven track record of coaching reps to quota and managing pipeline metrics.
  • Experience in Fintech (financial infrastructure, payments, spend management, or B2B fintech) is strongly preferred.
