• •Manage customer programs from contract to delivery.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of customer programs in autonomous robotic systems.
• •Lead cross-functional teams to deliver hardware and software systems.
• •Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• •Coordinate with internal teams and customers to align goals and resolve issues.
• •Oversee program financials including cost estimation and budgeting.
• •Requirements MSc, MEng or MBA with a strong technical background. 5+ years experience in defense, aerospace, or related industries.
• •Experience managing portfolios of medium to large projects.
• •Competence in project planning, scheduling, and risk management.
