• •Stepful is seeking a Senior Manager, Health Strategy & Operations to own key special projects and drive profitable growth in their Allied Health portfolio.
• •This role involves becoming a subject-matter expert and collaborating cross-functionally to build a key pillar of Stepful's growth story.
• •Key Responsibilities Drive execution against program goals related to profitability and unit economics.
• •Facilitate coordination across Sales, CS, Learning, and Ops to ensure alignment on program priorities.
• •Prepare program performance updates and insights for senior leadership reviews.
• •Contribute to the development of business cases for program initiatives and optimizations.
• •Identify gaps in performance and works with cross-functional partners to drive improvements.
• •Requirements 7+ years of experience, including in an operational role at a high-growth startup.
• •Highly analytical with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead through influence.
