Build and maintain an internal AI platform to empower engineers.
- •Tulip is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to build and maintain the internal agentic AI platform that engineers rely on daily.
- •This role focuses on identifying high-leverage AI opportunities within the developer workflow and shaping the future of AI-assisted development.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with engineering teams to identify AI opportunities in the developer workflow.
- •Build and maintain the internal agentic AI platform.
- •Own foundational architecture and standards for AI agent deployment.
- •Improve onboarding, documentation, and discovery for AI tools.
- •Contribute to organizational AI enablement for engineering.
- •Requirements 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in developer tooling or DevX.
- •Hands-on experience building with AI/LLMs and shipping agentic solutions.
- •Proven ability to build internal tools that make AI capabilities accessible to engineers.
- •Strong full-stack proficiency (TypeScript) and API design experience.
- •Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.
