- •Atomicwork is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their team and help build a modern service management platform.
- •This role focuses on driving adoption and value realization for Atomicwork customers, managing key client relationships, and ensuring customer success.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of mid-market and Enterprise clients, driving adoption and outcomes.
- •Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to support customers throughout their lifecycle.
- •Develop and track project plans, coordinating internal resources for flawless execution.
- •Communicate project status and needs to customers, identifying pain points and mapping processes.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting or Customer Success roles serving Enterprise clients.
- •Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- •Ability to learn systems and business processes quickly, and manage multiple projects.
- •Expertise in dealing with change at senior business and IT levels.
