  • Atomicwork is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their team and help build a modern service management platform.
  • This role focuses on driving adoption and value realization for Atomicwork customers, managing key client relationships, and ensuring customer success.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of mid-market and Enterprise clients, driving adoption and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to support customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Develop and track project plans, coordinating internal resources for flawless execution.
  • Communicate project status and needs to customers, identifying pain points and mapping processes.
  • Requirements 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting or Customer Success roles serving Enterprise clients.
  • Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to learn systems and business processes quickly, and manage multiple projects.
  • Expertise in dealing with change at senior business and IT levels.
