Build and manage Sonar's Partner Accreditation Program, owning the partner learning lifecycle.

• •Sonar is seeking a Partner Education Program Manager to build and own their Partner Accreditation Program from the ground up.
• •This role is crucial for enabling partners to independently position, demonstrate, and deliver Sonar solutions at scale.
• •Key Responsibilities Build Sonar's Partner Accreditation Program from the ground up.
• •Own the full lifecycle of partner learning: curriculum design, content contribution, LMS operations, credentialing, and program reporting.
• •Directly unblock partner-led pipeline motions by ensuring partners have the skills and credentials to operate independently.
• •Shape how Sonar invests in partner enablement for years to come.
• •Requirements At least 5 years of experience in partner enablement, channel programs, customer education, or a closely related field.
• •Demonstrated ability to build structured learning programs, including curriculum design, assessment development, and credentialing.
• •Hands-on experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
• •Strong project management instincts.
