TL;DR
Manage real estate transactions for institutional clients using AI tools.
- •We're hiring a seasoned Real Estate Agent to manage both acquisitions and dispositions for large institutional buyers and sellers.
- •Key Responsibilities Present and negotiate offers on behalf of customers.
- •Manage listings end-to-end, from getting them active to closing deals.
- •Utilize AI tools to enhance workflow and productivity.

- •Requirements Active real estate licenses in at least 3 states. 5+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent.
- •Demonstrated experience managing both acquisitions and dispositions.
- •Specific, demonstrable AI workflows.
- •Strong technical skills: Salesforce, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- •Reliable access to a smartphone and computer.
- •Comfort working evenings and weekends.
