• •Lead Legora's analytics and business systems functions, defining data strategy, building scalable infrastructure, and enabling insights across Finance, GTM, Product, and Operations.
• •Key Responsibilities Define analytics and business systems strategy aligned to company goals Build, mentor, and scale a team across analytics, data, and business systems Own dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs for decision-making Oversee architecture and optimization of core business systems (CRM, ERP, BI) Drive automation, process improvements, and tool evaluations Requirements Strong experience in analytics, BI, data, or business systems Proven track record scaling analytics/functions in high-growth environments Understanding of data architecture, modeling, and analytics best practices Experience managing CRM/ERP and BI tools and supporting executive reporting
