About the role
Provide hands-on customer deployment, troubleshooting, and technical support for Materialize.
- •The Field Engineer will support customers by deploying, troubleshooting, and optimizing Materialize in production environments, working closely with engineering and customer teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Install and configure Materialize at customer sites or cloud environments.
- •Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and integration issues.
- •Collaborate with product and engineering on escalations and feature feedback.
- •Provide on-site or remote technical support and customer enablement.
- •Requirements Strong technical troubleshooting and systems experience.
- •Experience with customer-facing technical roles and documentation.
- •Ability to work across teams and communicate with stakeholders.
