Help customers adopt and expand Deepnote by solving technical problems.

  • As a Sales Engineer, you will help customers evaluate, adopt, and expand Deepnote by translating technical requirements into practical solutions.
  • Key Responsibilities Guide data teams through architecture discussions, product onboarding, proof of concepts, and ongoing technical partnership.
  • Translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
  • Help customers understand how Deepnote can solve their technical problems.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
  • Provide technical enablement and support to customers.
  • Requirements Comfortable working directly with technical customers.
  • Technical fluency in SQL, Python, and data workflows.
  • Experience with notebooks and developer tools.
  • Understanding of cloud and infrastructure concepts.
