- •Engine by MoneyLion is seeking a Sr.
- •Principal Business Intelligence Analyst to serve as the senior-most individual contributor within the Product Analytics organization.
- •This role sits at the intersection of product innovation, business strategy, and analytics leadership, helping shape how Engine measures product success and makes strategic product investment decisions.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive Product and Business Strategy through data-driven recommendations.
- •Lead Product Analytics Across Multiple Domains, defining key metrics and frameworks.
- •Establish Analytics and Experimentation Standards, leading A/B test design and evaluation.
- •Influence Product Development Lifecycle by partnering with Product Managers.
- •Lead Complex Investigations and Performance Analysis into customer behavior and product performance.
- •Requirements 6+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related analytical roles.
- •Advanced expertise in SQL and working with large-scale data environments.
- •Deep knowledge of experimentation methodologies and statistical analysis.
- •Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- •Preferred experience with modern data platforms/tooling (Snowflake, dbt, Looker, Amplitude) and Python, R.
