About the role

Serve as a technical consultant for strategic global customers.

  • As a Technical Account Manager at Corelight, you will be the primary technical consultant for strategic global customers, helping them leverage Corelight's network security platform to defend their infrastructure.
  • You will translate complex network data into actionable security insights and advocate for customer needs with internal teams.
  • Key Responsibilities Establish and cultivate deep technical and executive relationships within strategic accounts.
  • Work hands-on with customers to operationalize new features and develop custom scripts for unique security challenges.
  • Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" by coordinating with Engineering and Product Management.
  • Perform expert-level configuration, hands-on troubleshooting, and technical demonstrations.
  • Requirements 7+ years in a hands-on technical role such as security engineering or network operations.
  • Subject matter expertise in network security, incident response, and threat hunting, including familiarity with Zeek and Suricata.
  • Advanced understanding of network protocols and expert-level experience with packet analysis tools.
  • Exceptional business writing and presentation skills.
