- •Federato is seeking a Sales Director for the ANZ region to drive enterprise sales of their AI-native insurance platform.
- •This role involves owning the full sales cycle and building executive-level relationships.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close for complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- •Drive new logo acquisitions and develop account-based sales strategies.
- •Build executive-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- •Consistently exceed quarterly and annual quota targets.
- •Requirements 3-10 Years B2B Enterprise Software Sales experience.
- •Experience in a sales process-oriented environment (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.).
- •Demonstrated ability to establish and navigate C-Suite relationships.
- •Prior experience within entrepreneurial, high growth stage software companies.
