Senior Software Engineer, Teleoperation

Develop and maintain Nuro's Teleoperations platform for vehicle-operator communication.

• •Build and maintain Nuro's in-house Teleoperations platform, focusing on the core communication system and cloud connectivity between vehicles and operators.
• •Key Responsibilities Build network interface bonding framework to maximize bandwidth and LTE utilization Create offline network simulation/emulation framework to predict online performance Test systems in real-world environments and gather feedback Collaborate with cross-functional teams for on-road network metric collection Requirements BS/MS in CS (or PhD) with relevant industry experience Proficient in C/C++ and/or Go Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, ICMP, HTTP) and socket programming Experience with network simulation frameworks (e.g., ns-3) Strong communication skills
