- •Execute OSINT and all-source intelligence operations across Southeast Asia to build targeting packages that disrupt crypto-enabled fraud.
- •Key Responsibilities Run end-to-end OSINT operations against scam infrastructure in Southeast Asia.
- •Trace scam compounds using cell triangulation, IP geolocation, GEOINT, adtech, and on-chain data.
- •Process investigative returns and feed data into intelligence/product pipelines.
- •Build targeting packages for TRM teams and government partners.
- •Requirements US citizen with Bangkok presence or extensive APAC travel willingness. 3-5+ years of all-source investigative or targeting experience.
- •Hands-on OSINT tradecraft including cell triangulation, IP geolocation, GEOINT, and adtech analysis.
- •APAC field experience, regional language skills preferred; comfortable using AI tools.
