Lead Automation Engineer to build intelligent agents and workflows using AWS serverless technologies.

• •As the Lead Automation Engineer, you will architect internal efficiency by leading a high-impact team to build intelligent agents and agentic workflows.
• •You will bridge the gap between static integrations and AI-driven automation using a robust AWS serverless foundation.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead the design and deployment of intelligent agents and automated workflows across core systems of record.
• •Define the technical roadmap, choosing between custom Python/AWS solutions and iPaaS platforms for scale.
• •Establish high standards for documentation, security, and observability while mentoring a team of two engineers.
• •Collaborate directly with business units to identify and consult on untapped automation opportunities.
• •Requirements Extensive experience in Software or Integration Engineering with a track record of designing complex systems.
• •Mastery of Python and AWS Serverless technologies including Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
• •Expertise in SaaS APIs (Salesforce, NetSuite, Slack) and event-driven architectures.
• •Technical interest or experience in Prompt Engineering, function calling, and RAG.
