User Experience Researcher to lead research projects and support the team in promoting a customer-centric culture.

- •Key Responsibilities Lead your own end-to-end mixed-method research projects, including interviews, surveys, concept testing and usability studies Support other members of the research team on larger projects, such as helping with survey analysis and running interviews Shape discovery work with Product and Design, helping teams define the right questions and approach Requirements Strong experience in user research or a closely associated discipline (2-3 years), ideally across consumer-facing digital or financial products A strong track record of converting research findings into meaningful narratives that help stakeholders understand the problems, risks and opportunities Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as customer interviews, usability testing, and survey data analysis
