  • Serve a portfolio of large enterprise accounts to drive product adoption, expansion, and retention using Dataiku's AI platform.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable value.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage assigned enterprise accounts and stakeholder relationships.
  • Translate business use cases into data science solutions and value assessments.
  • Drive adoption through engagement strategies and success reviews.
  • Identify expansion opportunities using customer health analytics and support renewals.
  • Requirements 7-15 years in account management, customer success, or consulting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of data science project lifecycle and AI maturity.
  • Based on the US East Coast (Northeast preferred).
