Drive product adoption and retention for large enterprise accounts using Dataiku's AI platform.
- •Serve a portfolio of large enterprise accounts to drive product adoption, expansion, and retention using Dataiku's AI platform.
- •Act as the internal voice of the customer and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable value.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage assigned enterprise accounts and stakeholder relationships.
- •Translate business use cases into data science solutions and value assessments.
- •Drive adoption through engagement strategies and success reviews.
- •Identify expansion opportunities using customer health analytics and support renewals.
- •Requirements 7-15 years in account management, customer success, or consulting.
- •Strong communication and presentation skills.
- •Deep knowledge of data science project lifecycle and AI maturity.
- •Based on the US East Coast (Northeast preferred).
