• •Gradial is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to help build the next generation of agentic systems.
• •This role involves combining deep software engineering skills with an experimental approach to applying AI to solve user problems.
• •Key Responsibilities Build autonomous agent workflows interacting with browsers, codebases, and APIs.
• •Evaluate model behavior and pioneer reinforcement learning for agent systems.
• •Design modular frameworks for tools, memory, and evaluators.
• •Develop data pipelines for SFT and RL training.
• •Design agent libraries, prompting strategies, and benchmarking frameworks.
• •Requirements 4+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1 year in AI/ML applications.
• •Strong fluency in AI tooling like OpenAI APIs and Anthropic APIs.
• •Practical understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic architectures.
