Forward Deployed Engineer

Work with customers to automate tasks using AI.

• •The Forward Deployed Engineer will work closely with customers to automate and optimize tasks using our AI platform.
• •Key Responsibilities Understand and identify customer’s most important and impactful multi-step task to automate Seamlessly integrate with customer systems, including databases, third-party APIs, and internal tools Rapidly iterate in the field with tight feedback loops to continuously improve product fit Architect, build, and maintain production-grade services that scale with usage and complexity Collaborate closely with product, research, and engineering teams to shape the roadmap and align on priorities Requirements 3+ years of professional software engineering experience Experience working with AI/ML systems, especially integrating LLMs or other agentic workflows Fluency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js, Java) Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) Experience building and deploying production systems—APIs, services, infrastructure, and/or data pipelines
