• •This role is responsible for leading sales, clienteling, and store operations to ensure an elevated brand experience.
• •Key Responsibilities Provide best-in-class customer service and personalized styling.
• •Lead by example on the sales floor, driving client engagement and repeat business.
• •Own day-to-day store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
• •Support onboarding and development of Stylists, fostering a positive team environment.
• •Requirements 2-5 years of fashion, styling, or retail experience.
• •Experience in clienteling and goal-driven sales environments.
• •Strong sense of ownership and ability to balance sales leadership with operations.
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
