- •Stripe is seeking a Solutions Architect to partner with users, architecting and tailoring Stripe's solutions to address their most pressing business challenges and drive growth.
- •You will go beyond surface-level requirements to understand customer pain points and desired outcomes.
- •Key Responsibilities Execute meticulous technical discovery and in-depth business analysis.
- •Lead strategic engagements, designing compelling, technically sound solutions.
- •Identify and articulate expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- •Act as the "Voice of the Customer" within Stripe's product and engineering teams.
- •Craft and deliver compelling technical demonstrations showcasing how Stripe solves specific business problems.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role (sales engineer, pre-sale solution consultant, solutions architect).
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- •Executive engagement skills and presence.
- •Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architectures.
- •Ability to operate independently in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
