Technical Lead Manager, Autonomy Evaluation and Intelligence

Lead technical roadmap for evaluating NuroDriver intelligence.

• •Lead the technical roadmap and development of evaluation tooling and frameworks to validate and verify the intelligence of the NuroDriver, bridging simulation and real-world robotics.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and deploy intelligent evaluation agents to simulate complex interactions.
• •Create advanced metrics measuring ML model cognitive performance using physics-based modeling and ML.
• •Close the learning loop by identifying behavioral weaknesses and driving technical fixes.
• •Define technical architecture and roadmap across Autonomy and Infrastructure teams.
• •Requirements 7+ years industry experience with proven team leadership.
• •Deep domain expertise in AI/ML, robotics, or large-scale evaluation systems.
• •BS/MS/PhD in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Robotics, Statistics, Physics, Math).
• •Experience hiring and managing engineering teams and aligning cross-functional strategy.
