• •Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee contract installation service providers, including sourcing, qualifying, and contracting.
• •Ensure compliance with insurance and licensing requirements and validate tower owner approval.
• •Coordinate work schedules for installation and maintenance services and verify project close-out completion.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• •Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract labor management, construction, or a related field.
• •Strong understanding of contract labor terms, financial terms, and legal concepts.
• •Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
