Engineering Manager Lead

Lead and manage a multi-team engineering community focused on forecasting and planning.

• •Lead delivery and people management for a multi-team engineering community (Foresight) focused on forecasting, planning, and related platform capabilities.
• •Key Responsibilities Own community delivery, priorities, risk identification, and reporting across multiple teams.
• •Manage and develop Engineering Managers and Technical Leads, setting performance and growth standards.
• •Drive staffing, resolve cross-team dependencies, and represent the community in leadership forums.
• •Partner with Product and Technical leadership to align on priorities and delivery plans.
• •Requirements Proven experience shipping software in production and evaluating technical delivery risks.
• •Demonstrated experience leading managers and senior engineering leaders.
• •Strong delivery leadership, judgment on trade-offs, and escalation capability.
• •Low-ego, high-standards leadership and fluency in English.
