About the role
TL;DR
Lead assembly, integration, and testing of propulsion engines.
- •The Exploration Company is developing Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle.
- •As a Senior Propulsion AIT Engineer, you will lead the industrialization, assembly, integration, and testing of their Storm and Typhoon engines.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead assembly and integration of cryogenic propulsion hardware.
- •Develop detailed assembly procedures and define tooling.
- •Setup engine production lines and support transition to serial production.
- •Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
- •Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in aerospace or mechanical engineering. 5+ years of experience in engine assembly, testing, or related fields.
- •Hands-on experience with engine component assembly and acceptance testing.
- •Solid understanding of fluid dynamics and manufacturing processes.
