  • As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will administer and improve the Salesforce instance while supporting all revenue-generating functions to drive business growth.
  • Key Responsibilities Administer the Salesforce instance by handling incoming maintenance requests and managing minor enhancements.
  • Partner with Sales Operations leadership to streamline Salesforce architecture, reduce technical debt, and convert legacy processes into modern Salesforce Flows.
  • Perform complex analyses using BI tools and Excel to identify acquisition and retention trends.
  • Work with stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Finance to identify operational problems and own the end-to-end execution of solutions.
  • Rebuild and refine account scoring models to determine which inputs have the greatest impact on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Requirements 2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a Sales Analyst role, preferably within a SaaS company.
  • Deep understanding of CRM architecture; a Salesforce certification is considered a major plus.
  • Proven track record of being the front line of support for sales reps, addressing their technical hurdles in real-time.
  • Confident in translating complex technical features into measurable business impact for leadership.
