• •Key Responsibilities Run the day and keep the building moving to Saltbox standard Own the operational readiness of the building Direct the team in real time and coach in the moment Engage with members on the floor and conduct tours and onboarding Use operational tools to audit team output and track service execution Requirements 2+ years leading a team in an operations environment A leadership mindset and comfort with hands-on work Experience in warehousing, fulfillment, retail, or similar environments Strong communication skills and ability to switch gears quickly
