Shape and elevate workplace environments and internal events at Neko Health.

  • Shape and elevate the physical and cultural environments across Neko Health’s global offices.
  • Key Responsibilities Enhance workplace environments across global offices to improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and cultural alignment.
  • Deliver a strategic internal events roadmap that supports engagement, collaboration, employer brand, and organisational milestones.
  • Implement scalable workplace standards, policies, and operational frameworks that ensure consistency while allowing local adaptation.
  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with leadership, People, Brand, and Communications teams to create impactful internal experiences.
  • Establish structured feedback mechanisms to continuously improve workplace environments and internal events.
  • Requirements Proven experience managing workplace environments, corporate events, or employee experience programs.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute events end-to-end, including logistics, vendor management, budgeting, and evaluation.
