Program Manager, Women's Health

• •Akido is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Women's Health track within its Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program in California.
• •You will oversee outreach, engagement, and care coordination for vulnerable Medi-Cal members while managing a team of community health workers.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and execute outreach strategies to engage women in community settings, shelters, and social service organizations.
• •Build trust with individuals experiencing trauma, housing instability, or system involvement through field-based engagement.
• •Supervise and coach a team of community health workers in trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing.
• •Oversee comprehensive care plans addressing medical, behavioral health, housing, and safety needs.
• •Requirements 3+ years of direct outreach experience in safety-net, community health, or social services settings. 2+ years of experience managing front-line staff in community health or outreach environments.
• •Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed engagement, motivational interviewing, and harm reduction.
• •Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation for field-facing work.
