Office Manager - NYC

Manage day-to-day operations of the New York office and support company events.

• •Tessera Labs is looking for an experienced Office Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our New York office.
• •This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in creating a well-run and welcoming workplace, and enjoys wearing many hats.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of office operations, including ordering and stocking supplies, kitchen/pantry management, and general office upkeep.
• •Coordinate furniture upgrades, installs, and office layout changes, working with vendors and building management.
• •Partner with operations team on planning and executing company events, team offsites, and holiday parties.
• •Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities issues, vendor relationships, and building management.
• •Own the onboarding experience for new hires from a workplace/logistics standpoint.
• •Requirements 5+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or executive support.
• •Demonstrated success planning and executing both internal employee events and executive-facing external events.
• •Experience managing office logistics: ordering/stocking supplies, coordinating furniture installs and upgrades, vendor management.
