• •Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the growth product roadmap across the Fivetran platform Be an expert in experimentation from hypothesis development and test design to interpreting results and scaling what works Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve user onboarding, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization Requirements Partner with teams on core initiatives that unblock growth across the platform Gather and use data to uncover friction points and propose high-impact experiments or product changes Use AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate product discovery, experimentation velocity, and decision-making
