Lead Salesforce technical direction and solution design.
- •We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to own the technical direction of our Salesforce org.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the technical lead for our Salesforce ecosystem, owning solution design and ensuring adherence to platform best practices and architectural principles Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds Lead the design and governance of data models, automation strategies, and integration patterns (both point-to-point and middleware-based) Provide technical guidance to administrators, developers, and cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment and consistency across initiatives Oversee the technical aspects of Salesforce releases including platform updates, feature deprecations, end-of-life timelines, and evaluating new features for potential adoption Requirements 6+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years in a lead, solution design, or architecture-focused role Multiple Salesforce certifications
- •Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant required; Application Architect or progress toward it strongly preferred Proven track record designing scalable solutions using Salesforce configuration and custom development (Apex, LWC, API integrations) Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, sharing/security model, governor limits, and performance considerations Hands-on experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, or similar), CI/CD, and version control
