Agent Product Manager

Design and manage clinical AI agents for healthcare customers.

• •As an Agent Product Manager, you will own the quality and outcomes of clinical AI agents for healthcare customers.
• •You will bridge the gap between clinical expertise and technical implementation to design safe, effective autonomous agents.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead structured interviews with clinicians to capture reasoning patterns and decision frameworks.
• •Define Operational Patient Domains (OPDs) and explicit scope boundaries for AI agents.
• •Design agent behaviors, communication patterns, and evaluation strategies to ensure clinical safety.
• •Manage the agent improvement cycle by analyzing conversation data and prioritizing fixes.
• •Requirements 2-4 years of experience in product management, technical program management, or a domain expert role.
• •Experience extracting and codifying specialized knowledge from domain experts like clinicians.
• •Conceptual understanding of AI/ML systems, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• •Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
