Principal GenAI Platform Engineer

Build and own core infrastructure for generative AI systems connecting to products.

• •The Principal GenAI Platform Engineer will build and own the core infrastructure that connects generative AI systems to PointClickCare products, enabling AI-driven insights in agent workflows.
• •Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain GenAI infrastructure: model gateways, prompt/versioning stores, vector DBs, and evaluation tools.
• •Implement secure access controls and authentication for AI platform components.
• •Develop observability, monitoring, and logging for GenAI workloads.
• •Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate infrastructure into applications and agent frameworks.
• •Optimize for scalability, availability, and cost-efficiency in production.
• •Requirements Extensive experience building and maintaining AI platform infrastructure and Kubernetes.
• •Expertise in observability and monitoring frameworks (e.g., OpenTelemetry, MLflow).
• •Experience with vector databases, prompt/versioning stores, and AI IDEs.
• •Knowledge of authentication/authorization frameworks for platforms.
