Technical Lead Manager, ML Platform Infrastructure

Lead and manage ML Platform Infrastructure team.

• •Lead and grow the ML Platform Infrastructure team to build scalable infrastructure, orchestration, and data pipelines enabling model development from experimentation to production.
• •Key Responsibilities Define technical strategy and roadmap for a unified ML platform.
• •Scale IaC pipelines to manage thousands of GPU/CPU nodes.
• •Design and optimize workload orchestration for distributed training.
• •Build ETL pipelines for petabyte-scale sensor and telemetry data.
• •Implement feature stores and caching for low-latency feature access.
• •Requirements 6+ years in ML Infrastructure, backend platform, or distributed systems. 3+ years of people/team management experience.
• •Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane).
• •Hands-on experience with orchestration systems (Kubernetes, Ray, Slurm).
• •Proficiency with distributed data processing frameworks (Spark or Apache Beam).
