- •Acorns is seeking a Senior Associate, Programmatic to support the execution, optimization, and day-to-day management of programmatic advertising efforts.
- •Key Responsibilities Support the execution of programmatic campaigns across DSPs to drive customer acquisition and engagement Assist in managing the campaign lifecycle, including trafficking, pacing, monitoring performance, and resolving technical issues Analyze performance data and implement optimizations across targeting, creative, and bidding to improve efficiency and ROI Partner with Data, Analytics, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals and brand standards Contribute to reporting and insights by tracking performance and helping quantify the impact of programmatic on customer growth Requirements Hands-on experience managing programmatic media buying across DSPs, including platforms such as The Trade Desk, along with PMPs and ad servers, with a proven track record of meeting performance expectations.
