- •Join PTX Risk & Compliance to support product teams by translating regulatory requirements into actionable product controls and building AI tools to streamline compliance.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide compliance guidance across product discovery, assessment, and governance.
- •Coordinate MaRisk 8.1 New Product Process and MaRisk AT 8.2 impact assessments.
- •Run EBA Target Market assessments and regulatory gap analyses.
- •Liaise between 1LoD and 2LoD and support remediation implementations.
- •Develop AI/GPT tools to assist product managers with compliance tasks.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in law, finance, economics or similar.
- •Minimum 3 years experience in compliance (5 years for senior).
- •Strong regulatory analysis and product governance experience.
- •Ability to translate regulations into actionable product requirements.
