Provide customer support and guidance for healthcare benefits.
- •Vitable is seeking an HRA Operations Associate to help members navigate the complex healthcare system.
- •You will provide support, troubleshoot issues, and guide members through enrollment, ensuring they feel informed and cared for.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide seamless support to customers via phone and email.
- •Submit applications to carriers and manage them through approval.
- •Assist customers in understanding their healthcare options and navigating the system.
- •Resolve issues promptly when transactions or experiences do not go as planned.
- •Document all member interactions in Zendesk.
- •Requirements Active, resident-state health & life insurance license.
- •Direct experience enrolling individuals through Healthcare.gov or a state-based exchange.
- •Background in a customer support or member-services environment.
